Ryan Kunz started in journalism and ended up in advertising by way of blogging, editing, and fiction writing. His long-form work has appeared in many publications, including the Ensign, Liahona, and New Era magazines; he has written for lifestyle, religion, and outdoor blogs; his ad copywriting has been featured in Communication Arts; and he has several published books to his credit. If he had a super power, it would be to correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors wherever he saw them, which wouldn’t be much good fighting crime but would make him feel a lot better. He is willing to die defending Oxford commas and will be incensed if his boss removed them from this bio. He hopes to someday be one of the rare writers who can afford a solid gold typewriter.
